Ok, this is technically not a beginner orchid but I have been finding it super easy to grow. Leave it in the bowl, keep it wet/moist and keep the light medium to low... love it! I don't fuss with it and it seems to do really well.

Always one of my favorite! You have a nice setup for it, I find these easy to grow when grown in the glass orbs with moss.

Yes... it is tiny. I actually use my camera zoom to check it out. I do need to get a good magnifying glass.

I cover the hole with a bit of plastic wrap. It keeps the humidity very high. From my understanding, the humidity has to be high or the flower wont take.
