I want to give a BIG shout out to RF Orchids.com.
If you love vandaceous orchids and others like dendrobiums you will love this place. I had 5 orchids arrive today and they are all amazing. my dendrobium amethystoglossum arrived in bloom/bud and it is absolutely amazing. my rhynchostylis retusa arrived with 2 spikes. My Rhynchostylis gigantea is the biggest one i've seen yet with fat healthy roots and leaves. The Trichoglottis rosea var. breviracema also arrived in bud.
The only down side, and i find there is always something with ordering and caring for living plants, is snails.
All the orchids arrived with snails and some tiny spiders. Its not too bad though because most of the orchids i ordered don't have any medium. they are literally just sitting in plastic baskets. Snails and other bugs are an annoyance but nothing i can't handle.
One last thing that i really liked, is that my Dendrobium amethystoglossum arrived in a pot i've been wanting for a long time. It arrived in a clay pot with holes all around it.

If You Love Vandaceous Orchids
How awesome so many are in bud/bloom. Not had to deal with any snails yet myself so good luck. Spiders don't bug me so much because they eat the flies. Post more when they bloom.
