Default Wilsonara (under watering)

hey I have a Wilsonara that has a really shriveled psuedobulb.
I think its from under watering but will it bounce back easily, it's in bloom right now btw!

Will it be hard to bring it back?

These like to be grown on the cooler side and they don't like to be underwatered. Give it a good soak the next time you water. Make sure you water regularly and I think you will see that pbulb plump right up. I have a Vuyl. that does that. Got any ? We love ? Welcome to OB by the way.

Water it more! The moss looks so dry!

The flowers look beautiful.
Needs a drink badly! I agree with the previous post; soak it good the next watering.

I really like your pictures. I especially like the variation of colors. I need to stop buying redish purple plants and get myself a really nice yellow one. What is your yellow one?

Have you had a look at the roots? I lost a Burr 'Nelly Isler' not long ago, only a few months after buying it. The bulbs were just as shriveled as on yours and kept on blooming with no problems. I unpotted, and all the roots had rotted due to a big wad of sphag around the roots, hidden deep in the bark so I didn't see it!! (So now I will follow advice I got here on OB : Repot immediately upon purchase, even if there are flowers! It avoids nasty surprised later on)

Really nice flowers by the way. I especially like the orange one!

Yep, definately needs more water. It looks like the moss is just a top dressing on the pot. I'd remove that so you have a better handle on when the media is dry. It's a gorgeous plant! Wish I could grow wilsonara here. It's too hot though.

Sorry for not replying in a while lol

But thank you I have never thought of that but I will from now on start repoting as soon as I get them home.

As for my baby lol it is starting to plump back up a little bit I took the decorative moss off so I could tell better when it should be watered as well as any other of my orchids that had it.

thank you for all of your replies
