Looking for very low light, mountable (i.e. not terrestrial) orchids
I have a shady spot, not lightable, that is crying out for a nice plant that will be mounted. Would love some suggestions.

Aerangis citrata does well for me in an extremely dim spot in my paludarium. Bloomed well last year and is currently in bud.

I would check out the Bulbophyllum family, some members of the Paphiopedilum family, and Eurychone rothschildiana. Also, your Jewel orchids, such as Macodes limii or Ludisia discolor would do well.

What about temp and humidity, size, single flower/spike, upright/pendent?
Dresslerella pillosa. I also have Aerangis citrata currently flowering. Also Chametangis/Microterangis harrotianae (spelling?). Malaxis (some can be mounted), some Notylia and Zygostates. Pleurothallis pectinata is really cool and is in very dim spot in my GH, same as Aerangis, but has 2-3 foot long hanging leaves.

Thanks for the replies! I should have given more details - this is where the plant will be going.
It's my newest living wall that is also a home to a gecko. The space crying out for a shade-tolerant plant is to the left of the nepenthes.

Looks great !
a little pocket for a pinguicula would take care of any small flying insects and they are care-free.

As long as they get massive amounts of light and you can provide for their seasonality..........

Very cool enclosure!
Pleurothallis pectinata could work hanging down from the front left corner. Not easy to find, I got mine from Santa Barbara Orchid Estate. Once happy, it will flower almost all year round, but the flowers are inside the hanging cup/toilet-plunger-like leaves.
For non-orchid plants, there are a ton of ferns out there. Pick you favorite leaf shape and go for it.
