Thanks again or encore :) for the kind words. Happy to see over a 1000 hits on this thread . I hope it inspires people to make there own orchid pots in whatever material they like .
Did not much yesterday , hoping to get it mostly done today. I'm going to order some square cone pots from First Ray's. The square pots should let me do quick five or six piece pots , very quick . The trouble with round pots is you are trying to cover a curve with a flat material. So it took 23 bits of glass to go around the small pot. Those here who do glass work will know there is a lot of time involved. I'll post an update later Best Wishes Steve |

Still covered in wax, flux and general grim , plus camera angle makes the pot look not round :) . But off the pot and standing. A ways to go.
