Default Yellowing leaves on Phal. Shelby Katelyn x gigantea

I'm wondering if this looks like a deficiency, a fungal problem, or even cold damage? Relatively quick exposure to 50°F... Enough to put in the car, and take out.

The top leaf has some yellowing, as well as the bottom leaf. *The phal has 3 leaves now. I threw an old, dry leaf away that came off the plant.
The bottom one also has some gray pitting that has grown in number and size, since I noticed it. The gray areas are surrounded by yellow.

The phal is pushing out a new leaf, and is blooming right now. Temps 65°F-80°F. I think the media is primarily sphag, and maybe peat. I don't want to use any chemicals that can harm it while it's blooming, but if it's needed, I will.

I wanted to see what some experienced members think it could be before I possibly make it worse by my inexperience.. I have not repotted any of my newest plants yet, but I'm going to soon. I'm not comfortable using the media they're currently in.

Pics are from when I first noticed the yellowing and pitting. If new ones are needed, let me know.

Bottom view of top leaf.

What I see is a plant with some mechanical damage that may have gotten infected, coupled with the application of water and/or fertilizer solutions way too high in dissolved solids content.

Thanks for the reply Ray! I agree with your explanation.

I'm not sure what the TDS is of the water they use at the greenhouse, but I have seen them spray the plants with a hose.
I haven't used anything but bottled water, and I watered them once since I've had them *last weekend, after I noticed the yellowing.* I have read that sphagnum can hold a lot of salts though, so repotting sounds like it would help that particular issue?

The leaf with the pitting:
Should this leaf be removed? Since the plant is blooming, I'm going to assume that chemicals shouldn't be used. I could be wrong though. Copper fungicide spray, or a soak in generic cleary's systemic fungicide.
There's more pitted areas, and the older ones have grown a little larger. It isn't spreading incredibly fast.

Thanks again!
