How to handle dying orchid

I bought home a phalaenopsis around Christmas time.

It always has its air roots dry and media roots moist. I think, I over watered it because it got the root rot then.

I cut all rotten roots, repotted the plant. After few days, I saw one of the flower spike dying. It had 2 flower spikes. I cut a bad one.

It losses a new leave after 2 weeks, I would say. It has only 2 leaves now. 1 of which is not in very good shape.

Media roots looks okay now. Media itself is moist, but air roots, they look very dry.

What should I do?
