the crinkle in the leaf means that the plant didn't get enough water when that leaf was growing- I have that issue on two of mine....it is just a crinkle in the growth, doesn't hurt anything but the crinkle will never go away.
The first picture looks like the pot is too big and the plant not positioned to allow the new roots to grow into the media and take up nutrients and water. What is it potted in? It looks fine and wet, which might not do well, but I can't tell for sure.
Thanks, the first oncidium was repotted into this pot probably a little late after new growth was allready basically finished I think. The previous pot was huge and the plant was dying from rot. All the old leaves eventually fell off and it just put out this one tiny paeudobulb and two leaves. The root tips do not look like they're growing anymore, just sort of shriveling. It's a fine bark I mixed with chunks of polystyrene. I'm not watering at all, just misting every second day or so. The discoloration on the leaves is quite worrying.

Were the leaves discoloured when you got it? I can't really say what would cause that. The fine bark mix should be OK. Maybe try using seaweed (kelp) in the water you are misting the roots with. It really helps promote root growth. It can be found at most hydroponic stores around here.

The plant had rather large mature leaves when I got it, but was seriously over potted and there was lots of rot. These are new leaves which grew after I'd repotted it and the old leaves eventually yellowed and fell off.
I'm not familiar with Seagrow. If it says it is kelp or seaweed and is for use on plants, it should work. I have used several different brands available here and they all seem to help with root growth.
