uh oh, now that i take a closer look, the plant looks dehydrated and might be suffering from root rot. repotting now would be a good idea

The plant appears to be in a non-draining pot and as such has allowed the roots to sit in water and rot. Repot with fresh mix and put in a pot with drainage. Then place that pot into a cachepot for display if desired.
