PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME!!
how do u get rid of bugs ( not sure what kind) on mounted orchids? hydro soak?

Most insects can be controlled with one of many products. If don't want to use a poison, insect killing soaps, like Safer's Insecticide Soap or horticultural oils are safe and effective. Straight 70% isopropyl alcohol can be used also. If you want something stronger, Ortho Rose & Flower or Bayer Rose & Flower can be used. All those products are available at Home Depot, Lowes or at plant nurseries. No matter what you use, you should spray the plant three times, 7-10 days apart. That way you kill newly hatching eggs.

This will depend in part on what bugs you are seeing and where your plant is located. If, for example, you have your chid outside, then you will likely have to accept that bugs will get on your mount. In addition, some insects are harmless or even beneficial. If that should be the case here, then there may be no cause to wig-out.

Neem oil will work as a deterrent for many insects.
