Default Cymbidium looks sick

The bottom section of the Cymbidium (noid) are starting to look pale, and I am afraid I am going to lose it. I had one last year that started to turn pale like this one and within a few days it was crispy brown and dead.
I am still new at this and hate to lose an other nice orchid.

I don't think so,tarev. The Dends and Catts are happy there and they like a lot of light. I am afraid it might be some kind of virus because the decline on the other one progressed rapidly. I have separated it from the other plants.
I am going to attach some pix of the one from last year.
Hope this works.
