about flask orchid

Hi

I am just curious about who will buy flask orchid seedlings? I think it takes about 2 to 3 years to bloom and it always sells in pack (20 or more plantlets). Does orchid nursery purchase these kinds of orchids? Or normal orchid lover would buy it too?

I've bought them before and I got closer to 45+ in one flask. Mine required a bit of work and a different set up compared to my other orchids. I had mild success and then when winter came kaput they went. Maybe if I ever have more time on my hands I will try unflasking orchids again.
