I'm not sure about how your computer screen shows, but what I see on mine is actually not a correct color but with more purplish hue, which I think is what you are describing.
I still can tell what variety it is.

The real life color of this variety I would say pink, but more like magenta??
Look up the variety Lycee Angel. That's what I would call pink. well, very soft pastel pink, but pink.

If you like more of bold and reddish colored variety, I recommend Red Emperor 'Prince'.

If you want more brightly and lively colored pinkish magenta or reddish whatever, then I highly recommend Countrygirl.

Then again, they all differ in the lip color, so you may find one good but not another because of the lip color.

I like them all!!!

Here is a picture of Comet King "Akasuki" next to a Country Girl "Warabeuta". I took the picture in the sun so the true color comes out. Comet King is a little more on the purple side with a yellow throat and Country girl has a red throat. Comet King is much more fragrant.

There is no true red one.
Most orchids, you won't see true red except for those tiny little cattleya (well, Sophrontis coccinea, I guess) and certain oncidium intergenric hybrids (some wilsonara is nearly true red).
Other than that, I don't think there's real red orchid flowers.

Don't mean to be a pain lol but two more leaves are yellowing...if you look close,u can see some lighter spots with a different texture...is that normal?!

Bahaha yes.... I will never refer a to a soph as a cattleya. They need to be separated in name in my opinion

And as for the yellowing leaves... don't worry at all. These are nobiles we are talking about arguably tough as nails. Losing some leaves is completely within the norm.
