wiki is good, though it gets complicated and i am lost.. it seams there are Genera, Bulbophyllums, Epidendrums, Dendrobiums and Pleurothallis , but more...? and then i find that Dendrobiums are ordered under Epidendrums?

I know it is a huge topic, i would like the basics, a few simple diagrams of flowers possibly, what makes a Phalaenopsis that and a Vanda a Vanda.

Can anybody recommend such a page?

Probably more than one page but a good starting point is the American Orchid Society (whose server is very slow?)
