My Dendrobium and I hate each other
So last August I purchased this Dendrobium. I loved the "cane" look it had and thought it would be a great orchid. Mind you, as of now it is a No ID, I will attempt to figure out what it is when/if it blooms again. It bloomed one tiny flower then nothing. I was very disappointed. Anyways, lately while all my other orchids are thriving this thing isn't. Two of the canes appear to be doing well. They have thick stalks and the leaves are well colored. The other three are not as great; their leaves are "depressed" and dull in color, their stalks are thin. I'm unsure about what is going on. Any suggestions or thoughts would be great.
I added photos below.
Thank you!

Can you describe how you have been growing your plants so people can better help you?
It looks fine to me.

I actually looks healthy...in the winter they slow down, maybe it was just sulking a bit and this spring will jump back to life....I would give it some time and tell it how much you love him....

Its a nobelii type. It should be in a dry winter rest now. It is deciduous and should be losing its leaves. Where the leaves used to be, it will grow the flower buds.
I believe they bloom in the spring.

It looks like it needs more light.
Try providing more light so that the leaves are a lighter green. But do not put it under direct sun. It's gotta be moderately bright to bright indirect light.

It sits on the bottom level with the Phals. The temperature there is about 70 degrees Fahrenheit in the day with humidity between 45-60%, depending on how much I am opening and closing the plastic.

Dendrobiums need more light than Phals. I grow mine in the brightest window (South facing) in my house, or under T5s.

Thanks for all the advice everyone!! I think it is just driving me nuts that two canes look beautiful and strong with shiny leaves while the other three are "frumpy" and their leaves just don't look as great. It's almost like the healthy canes are sucking up all the nutrition and taking it from the other weaker ones.

Would you suggest I move it up a shelf?

How dry should it be? I did read that they slow down so I don't water it as much as all my others. I keep track of all my plants "dryness" by weighing them. I feel like I'm letting it dry out quite a bit but maybe it's too much or too little?

I would suggest you move it up to the top shelf eventually. The leaves should be an apple green color when you have the amount of light correct. Do this slowly though, as it has become used to less light. Moving it up too quickly could cause it sunburn, so move it up a shelf per every couple of weeks until the leaves are that light apple green color.
