Your plant looks too dry.
Look at the wrinkled pseudobulbs and a few roots it has also look quite dry.

Water it good!

I grow mine indoor. Temperature can be cooking hot in the summer up to 100F. In winter, day time can be in the high 70s or high 60s depending on how sunny it is as I have large window and do not use heating. Winter night temperature can be about mid 60s.

I give mine strong light for half day or longer. I water a lot.
These need a lot of light to do well.
Mine is blooming like crazy at the moment.
