Could this Maudae-type Paph be growing a second bud on the same spike?

Here's my Paph Odette's Vision. The first two photos are showing it off because it's my first Paph rebloom!

But I also have a question...in the third picture you can see that there is a little thing sticking out of the bud sheath, and I want to believe that it is another bud that will grow and bloom, but I didn't think Maudae-types could do this. Could it be a baby bud?
