Dendrobium helix seedling care

Hello!
I just received this den helix seedling.
It looks good I think, just a bit dehydrated and two leaves damaged from transport...
It was 'wrapped in coco husk slabs kind of thing, so I left it there, soaked it in water, and put it in a small pot and added some sphag around the roots and on the sides to keep the moisture better.
Am I doing this correctly? Is there anything I should do?
I've tried to look on the internet but there's not much info out there
