How long will it take for Masdevallia flower to develop?

I bought a Masdevallia infracta about 3 weeks ago. There is a flower spike, a green stem. The flower bud hasn't developed yet. For 3 weeks there's no change of the spike. I wonder normally how long it takes for Masdevallia's flower spike to develop. i searched online but didn't find much about the time. Hope someone here can share some insight and experience!
