Might be from water on the leaves during chilly temps ...

I think cold damage is likely. If it starts to spread you may have a secondary problem taking hold, but as it is I don't think it is serious.

I sure hope that's what it is. As I was thinking about my last watering session, I do think it was under one of the hanging plants so it may have been dripped on. I did notice that both affected areas are on the same side. It'd make sense if that were the case.
This lesson is...don't let you orchids sit under drippers, particularly when the cold is coming. Ugh.
