Another rescue - Oncidium sweet sugar

Hello guys, so I've been given another orchid to try to rescussitate. It's an oncidium sweet sugar and looks relatively healthy. The paeudobulbs are a bit shriveled but not much and the leaves look ok. I've removed the dead flower spike. It was in a pot cover which was half filled with water! The orchid was sitting in about 15 cm of water. I only brought it home this morning. I took it out of the pot cover straight away and threw out all the water, then put it in my bedroom with my other Phals, there's not much air movement there but I do open windows to allow a gentle breeze through and the other oncidiums, miltoniopsis,cochleanthes and Phals seem to do ok. I've also only weighed it this afternoon so it's probably drier now than it was. But I'll weigh it again tomorrow and then daily to make sure it is actually drying out. I haven't really got a nice fine bark to pot it in, only quite large chunks of bark and sphagnum moss so not sure if repotting in that is a good idea.

What so the more experienced people think. Should I just leave it to dry out and see how she does? Or do I have to take her out the pot, look and repot? Thing is she doesn't look too bad but I know looks can be deceiving in terms of root rot and I'm not sure how long she was sitting in that pool of water!

I find Onc can really sit on water at times especially if the temps are quite warm. They are such water hogs.

From looking at the photo, the plant seems okay. But if you want to take a look below, I do not see any reason why not, just to reassure yourself all is well below.

They can take a little more light than Phals. Now depending on temps prevailing in your growing area, typically I find most orchids do not like being too wet when temps are cold. So you can lengthen intervals a bit in watering during the cold season.
