Which is this plant? Is it getting too much light? It gets lots of morning sun.

that's more than likely a miltoniopsis.
Your plant looks healthy - no pleated leaves and a new pbulb growth. I would be careful as Winter progresses that the sun doesn't become too much for it and if you can move it further back from the window or provide some shading.

Miltoniopsis are also known as "Pansy Orchids". They superficially resemble pansies (aka flowering plants in the genus Viola).
