The 4th pic is a new root emerging from the dried petiole.

Congratulations on your keiki.

Even if the Phal dropped 100% of it's leaves, you would've still be able to salvage it if there were enough roots strong enough to support new growth and enough meristematic tissue that was alive to keep growing.
