Red leaf
I have a phalaenopsis orchid that has a red leaf.
Is a problem with this red leaf ?

We would need more details to tell for sure, but sometimes phalaenopsis that are exposed to cold conditions can develop red leaves.
Alternately, a plant with a lot of red pigment in the flowers can develop red leaves if exposed to high light levels.

Forget what I wrote yesterday - they were true statements, but likely not applicable to your situation.
It is perfectly normal for a newly emerging leaf to not be green, as the chlorophyll has not necessarily developed fully yet.
