New Phal - How long to wait before repot, if at all?

Got this big phal in Sept (about 2 months ago). It came with two fully-blooming flower spikes (one has now died off and the other is getting close). The roots seem healthy from what I can see, but not sure if I should repot? Some of the roots above the medium seem to be drying out. Attaching pics. Thoughts?

Does pot media seem funky, broken down? If not, it has new growth so wait til spring. You can mist the roots that seem dry. Dont overwater or get water in crown

Thanks Mimigirl. I was actually going to ask about misting the roots. It seems like the plant is sitting up above the medium a lot more than my other phals. Didn't know if that's a good or bad thing.

As long as it is secure in the pot. What is the potting media?

It's potted in bark
