Yellow Starting on Leaves - Should I be Worried??

This big phal has been doing so well (even though I can't seem to get it to rebloom). It's stayed bright green with several aerial roots starting off. However, over the last two weeks I'm starting to see yellow starting on two of the leaves. Should I do anything to rectify this or just let it happen and remove the leaves when they die? Kinda bums me out See attached pics.

I haven't changed anything that I can think of.

It is normal or the lowermost leaves to eventually turn yellow and fall off but I find this usually happens in conjunction with flowering. It looks like the one leaf you photographed is the lowest one but I can't see the yellowing on the other leaf(ves).

The leaf is yellow because it is old . it's normal.

Just natural leaf senescence. A normal occurrence.

Well, just did a closer look after watering tonight and I think there's some rot going on see pics. Thoughts?? Do I repot??

but yet, on the opposite side of the pot, there's some nice green.
