Default Wet Masdevallias and Dracula

I have a couple masdevallias and a dracula orchid, housed in an aquarium/terrarium. They're all intermediate growers, and experience temps of 60-75 degrees F. I haven't had them very long and they seem to be doing ok so far (the one I've had the longest has quickly grown a new leaf), but I'm wondering if the humidity in my terrarium is too much. I know they're never supposed to dry out completely, but they're always so damp, to the point of being wet. I feel like I'll never have to water them, ever, because they're so saturated.

Should I let up on the humidity during the day? Humidity is between 68% and 90%. Am I going to have problems with fungus if they're always so wet?

I have a fogger that sits in some water at the bottom of the tank. The plants are elevated, so that they never touch the water. The one that has grown the leaf seems to be in moss and some sort of white ball-like material, and the other two (transported from Ecuador) I also planted in moss. All are in very tiny pots.
