Default NOID Dend. Bugs or Burn?

Hi!

I have a NOID dendrobium I think and it's got a case of the spots on a new shoot. Not sure if these are from light burn or are they bugs?

Strange these spots show up on just the new pseudobulb. I have my plants under T5HO lights running at about 2500 FCs for Catts and 1500 FCs for Phals.

Can you take a peek at the pics and let me know what this looks like to you? I have zero experience with insects and treatments...really because I've been fortunate so far. There are a few gnats flying around but I have a couple of those yellow sticky cards and they seem to do a good job keeping them in check.

Let me know your thoughts. Thank you in advance!

It looks more like bacterial or fungal than bugs or sunburn. I'd up the air flow, and be extra vigilant to avoid getting water on the leaves.

You could go with the nuclear option in terms of chems to treat infection. Maybe try neem oil or similar if you like more natural treatments, keeping in mind that neem can be troublesome for some dends.

Definitely not a bug damage.
They look like burned spots to me.
Decrease the light intensity or give more distance between the light source and the plant.
