One of my most favourite Phal it's crown rotted and has now healed with four healthy leaves left with this spike. Has anyone had a phal that had crown rot because there will be no more new leaves what happens now?

If the crown is gone, if it still has enough energy it will send out a new keiki. I'll cut the spike if its blooming now to conserve energy. Remember many phals roots can do photosynthesis of course provided you still have healthy roots. Keep it moist at the same time watch out for fungus.

I'd not cut the spike, as it may get keikis in the spike.
