Thank you all. This is something that needs to be done. I have had many collections in years past and can assemble another if the opportunity presents itself. I will continue to pop in to see how all of you are doing. But things change in life and the adventure continues. The gist of it is my folks are evry elderly and I take care of them. I have many other commitments and orchids don't fit the schedule right now. I am losing the space for them so I need to sell them. Giving them away isn't an option. The last collection I sold a few years back went to a very nice couple. 400+. Orchids are easy to get for me so if the opportunity presents itself again, yahoo. But I miss traveling and this is where I am headed. I hope to have coffee with some of you as I travel through your area. I'll keep ion touch. Love

Bravo to you for caring for your folks-I know something of what you're going thru. From what I can tell, you're commitment to them has or had translated to caring for your plants. Enjoyed your posts and would like to see more in the future-good luck in finding them a new home.

Me too. But I live in a 21 ft mini motor home. So ain't happnin. It's a rather nice mini.

I hope things work out on all ends for you for the better. Sounds like a super bummer but it also seems like you're at peace with it. I hope the best for your parents too. You've been very helpful and knowledgeable here. Your advice really got me started in this addiction and helped me save my first plants, thank you.
