Well, sort of. It is important to do some research before growing your phrag sitting in water.
First consideration, the caudatum (long petalled) group, and their hybrids do not like to sit in water.
Second consideration, sitting in water doesn't work for everybody. And, sometimes certain plants can be a little troublesome, especially if it's got one of the caudatum group in the background.
I'd suggest starting a new thread about your phrag, and let us know what hybrid or species it is. Or you can send a private message to me and I'll be glad to weigh in.
