This is a noid brassia that I got in bloom in late march. I don't recall the medium it was originally potted in but I annihilated its root system in short order
I switched it over to leca and was rewarded with not only new root growth but also a new pbulb that is growing ever so slooooooowly. It was my understanding that I shouldn't be expecting a flower spike until any new growth matured...while watering today I noticed what I can only guess to be a spike coming from one of the older pbulbs. Could this be my very first home-grown spike?
