There are not enough mature roots to keep this hydrated right now so the older leaves have had to keep this growing. They lost a lot of moisture to the new roots, which are too immature to hydrate the older leaves. Water this every few days or even, with this open media, every day. I don't know where you live or your environment but needless to say, this plant is dehydrated. I would not repot it. I wouldn't worry about the size of the pot and the amount of media this is in. What is important is to get this hydrated. Water it often. The old adage of potting into a small pot just large enough to fit the roots, has it's origins in media that stays wet for a long time. Sphagnum moss, and coco husk are wet type media. Keeping an orchid too wet creates an environment conducive to fungal and bacterial rot at the roots. But with new bark, leca, new moss loosely place around the roots, this just isn't likely to create the conditions needed for those pathogens. The large amount of bark actually is a good thing as it will likely create a more moist, humid condition that the new roots will like. These roots are too immature at this point to absorb much of anything so wait awhile before you start feeding this plant. I would pot it up with the roots buried slightly or if already potted, place some more bark on top them. Just a little to help keep these new roots humid.
