Ok, so I finally worked up the courage to repot... I ended up removing the old back bulb and repotted into the same pot. The were lots of roots and the sphag was sooooo packed. It took forever to pick most of it out. Anyways, also noticed something that looks like what may be a future shoot starting to form on the second oldest back bulb. Hope that one ends up developing too!
Here's the finished product....
Hope I left enough room for growth... I tried to move it forward as much as possible while also tilting it to submerge the roots from the newest growths.

Here's the back bulb...I'm hoping it'll push something out in a couple of months.

Right now the back bulb is just potted up in some damp sphagnum moss (it still had some roots) andi poor the whole thing in a little zip lock. Is this the right thing to do to try and encourage new growth? Any tips on how to increase the chances of getting it to push out a new shoot?
