I had to look this up and get technical to describe what I mean.
On my orchid flower, the lateral sepals are speckled, like timothy christopher. Snow apple seems to lack any marks on the lateral sepals. And that is in every picture that I can find of snow apple.
However, the side lobes on the lip differ between mine and the timothy christopher. The shape is consistently different, closer resembling snow apple's.
I have to label it 'snow apple' simply because the supplier does not, according to their website, grow 'timothy christopher'.
Here is a picture of my orchid, showing the speckling on the lateral sepal. And...a diagram of an orchid flower for reference jic
Not every single hybrid is going to be an identical copy of photos you see on the Internet.
IMO, what you have is Phal Snow Apple. If the supplier doesn't grow a hybrid you think your plant is, then you're either wrong about the supplier, or the hybrid.
I cannot find the hybrid parents for snow Apple, but it looks so similar to Timothy Christopher that i can't imagine them not at least sharing one parent. It might even be the same hybrid.

That is what I figured as well. I was actually surprised to find that the differences between the hybrids were so consistent. I had assumed there was more natural variation. And maybe there is. I will have to pay more attention irl
Plants can be very different even between blooming cycles. I have this great Phal that I purchased that was pink with pink spots. When it rebloomed, it came back with yellow flowers with reddish pink spots. Still pretty, but very different from what I bought. A lot of factors could have caused the colors to change. The same could be true for your plant.
Amending the ID on the white orchid- I only just noticed it is printed on the side of the pot. Phalaenopsis Snowflake :-) I was so close! It is two words on the pot: 'snow flake'. Phal equestris alba is a parent plant of this one.
On a side note, the grower is Silver Vase in florida, and 'snowflake' is not listed on their website. They should probably update that or something...

That first one is quite beautiful. Given other options, I admit I can walk right past a lot of the more conventional commercialized phals, but that one would have caught my eye.
