Default Uneven color on cattleya leaves

Hello everyone,
Yesterday I received a mounted orchid from a vendor and it has uneven green color in the leaves. I guess I am unfamiliar with mounted orchids and what they look like but I'm a bit concerned with the uneven leaf coloration. Is this something to worry about?
Thanks everyone for the input!

This just happens when the plant gets more sun and is turning the lighter shade of green which it should be. It has a mottled or dappled appearance for a while till all the area is even colored. Probably has something to do with chloroplasts. Its a good thing.

Agreed, I've seen this on Cat leaves as well after adjusting to higher light and it's later evened out.
