Default HELP! Phal Newbie.

All of my flowers dropped at the same time. They were not wilted. What caused this?

Thanks.

It could be because of drastic change in temperature, is place near repining fruit. Have you check the roots? How do they look? Are they firm, green, white or soft or mushy or dry?

Getting an orchid from the store to a car is a hazzard. The trip home is a hazzard. When you say orchid, I suspect you mean Phal. I went cross country with a little dendrobium in the cup holder of my car and had blooms for many days when I got home. Phals are very sensitive, and often, you just have to sacrifice the first blooms and wait till next year.

Check roots.

If roots are in order, then it was stress induced from being moved from one environment to another.

If the blossoms dropped because of stress factors not related to root damage or any other kind of damage to the plant itself, then it will be ok once it establishes itself. If the plant is alive and doing well, it will re-bloom again.

If it is root damage of any kind, you must take appropriate actions to stop any further damage from occurring to the roots.

A pic would be helpful to detect any other problems you might have that you may not be aware of.

Post 4 more random posts, and you can post pics up.

Difficult to say. Lots of factors here. Pics are essential to a good diagnosis. Explaining what the plant went through from the time you picked it up until the flowers started falling off would also help.
