Ok, I see the Bulbophyllum in question.

Without knowing too much about what kind of Bulbo it is, I'm going to assume it is an intermediate to warm growing Bulbophyllum of some sort.

Assuming it is an intermediate to warm growing Bulbo, drop the temperature down to 60 F at night, every night, for at least 2 weeks; keep the day temperatures at about 75 F during the daytime, everyday, for at least 2 weeks.

After the 2 weeks are up, keep the night temperatures in the low 70's F to mid 70's F, and keep the daytime temperatures at around 85 F - 95 F.

This temperature change might induce some blooming for you.

In the meantime, if you haven't done so already, fertilize regularly.

I could probably add that it might need just a tiny bit more light. The green still looks a little too dark green to me.

Since you are in your dry season, water it daily or even twice a day. Most, not all, Bulbos love moisture. There isn't any way to change the light it receives or the temp fluctuations, hopefully increased moisture will help it produce a spike.
