This phal is dying of thirst. The roots, at least the ones I can see, are shriveling up which tells me the orchid is drawing on it's reserves of water which is stored in it's leaves. This phal is blooming and therefore needs much more water than you are giving it. The leaves will most likely not return to there former turgid state but will continue to photosynthesize regardless. But it is imperative that you start watering it probnably every 2-3 days at first and then when recovered a bit, I would water every 3-5 days depending on how warm and dry it is in your environment. The media you have this potted in is quite coarse so you shouldn't have any problems with root rot. the brown spot on the leaf worries me. Spray some anti-fungal spray on it or cut out the part that is getting brown plus a little more and dust with cinnamon powder.

The media looks very chunky which probably means it will allow a lot of air and will dry fast. So water thoroughly, either pouring lots of water through as advised above or soak for 15min in water right up to the top of the pot, then drain. Do this whenever it drys out, rather than on a fixed schedule.
