It looks like a NOID phal that was really struggling is rebounding. All the blooms fell off but the spike stayed dark green. You can see in the first picture what the roots looked like when I repotted it. The next 2 show a new spike growing off the old one, and a new leaf growing beautifully. What did I do special? Nothing, It went in the same treatment cycle as my other phals. I also didn't remove it to check on the roots. I like to leave my plants alone when I have treated them. I figure the more I futz with them the more damage I'll do. They'll either make it or not and it's best to let them heal on the own.
