Should I resist the urge?

Here's a quick Twinkly update. Repotted in LECA in a very small glass (from our wedding, lol! There's only so many whisky glasses you really need, even in Scotland), and the plant is happy. I water it and dump it out. Seems to be a good way to control the moisture because it can be so variable here in Scotland in the summer. The plant bloomed like mad (it was about to bloom when I got it), stayed in bloom for about 3-4 weeks, now they are starting to drop off. Is this a normal amount of time for a tiny to hold its blooms? I'm used to my Phals blooming for months at a time. Could be that they went quicker because the plant was shipped to me just before bloom time and I repotted? Anyway, it is doing really pretty well considering all the things I did to it when it arrived. The third picture is the plant today. You can see it has increased in size since the first pic.

I do not have your particular Onc, but pretty much that is how long my Onc blooms last, about a month, lucky if it lasts for 2 months. Onc are so thirsty, I sometimes intentionally leave them in water for a few days, but my area is quite hot and dry, so it enjoys it. Plus there is good air circulation around the plant. I do that especially when we are bound to have triple digit temps here. But I make sure to drain that excess water too afterwards.

Glad your plant is responding well to your Leca in a glass
