Question Laelia albida - black leaf tips help needed [Pics]

hello im in need of help diagnosing the cause of these black leaf tips, after some reading it seems it could be Calcium deficiency, but im really not sure.. iv uploaded pics of how it progresses

anyone have any ideas ?

looks like fertilizer and salt toxicity

- Excessive buildup of fertilizers in the pot can lead to the plant absorbing more minerals than it can cope with.

- Salts present in your water supply and added by fertilizers accumulate over time.

- etc.

Prevention:

Flush the pot monthly by watering with copious amounts of water, use a dilute fertilizer, etc.

I was going to say fertilizer and salts too. One tyhing I've done to reduce this is to halve the amount the fertilizer companies reccommend, to only fertilize once a month, and to choose a potting mix that has no added fertilizer. Also use plain water to water all other times.
