Brassias , well depends on the species,
but they do like good sun, humidity and plenty of air movement. and tons of water when bulbs are forming/maturing.
looking at your pictures, the plant needs a bit more of sun, (dark green leaf), if you notice the old pbulb leaf you will see it has a lighter green color than the new ones.

as a rule (for me), if you provide more SUN you need to provide more fertilizer. for maximun growth.
in my empiric experiments, (note that this is by the experience i got with this genus, and it is not much) a darker humid place will encourage new growths, but will have an impact in the flower count if any.
