Phal crown rot save?

Ok. I know most of the advice would be to junk this NOID phal. But I am sentimental. This has been a strong ever bloomer. Got careless when I started building the collection and it got crown rot. Removed sprayed fungus etc but the plant is weak. But can u see it still insists on blooming? It as two spikes, one w a leaf on it and I recently cut that down to the leaf. The other spike still has blooms and I am waiting to trim it down. It had the crown rot attack like at least three Months ago and is still alive. I have held back on anything aggressive except to spray fungicide and very mild growing fertiliser. Any advise anyone? Needs expert help now.
