Now is definitely the time to re-pot before those roots get any longer. They adapt better and are less prone to breakage when they are just new emerging from the plant. That is the best time to re-pot so this one is a bit past its prime already. I think I see some tiny new ones at the back of the plant? Looks like a happy plant.

I will post just how I do what I do with this. I never repot and I have given 6 or 8 of this away in bloom.

Very nice. I see you added some photos in your first post. So do you never re-pot the original piece that grew the new growths? Do you leave the new part potted for a while before you cut it free from the mother piece?
