Oncidium, paph and epi catt questions!

Hi all thanks in andvance for any info you can give. I mostly grow phal's so excuse my ignorance.

1. I was wondering if an oncidium twinkle stays fairly compact or if they get large?

2. I have one paph and its putting out two new growths. Do they only bloom from new growth ?What happens to the old growth.

3. I found a sweet little bag baby at Lowes. It was an epilaelio catt. It was in bloom so I had to save it. I know nothing about this plant and so far google isnt much help. Are these guys any different from normal catts other than the smaller blooms?
