I have some like those racks. I get mine at Lowes. They also sell the wheals for them as well but separate.

No wheels on ours because I didn't want them rolling around. I think I might have seen some wheels for them at Lowe's...

But if you just need to occasionally move them around, those furniture moving pads might do the trick.
