Rot on Phal leaf?
Default Rot on Phal leaf?
Need help, once again...

I have a Phal that is developing some kind of fungus on a leaf. I bought it a couple months ago from a local show and haven't repotted it yet. It seems that it was probably potted too low so the bottom leaf was always touching the moss it's in. I am wondering if I should repot now or if I can wait until it's done blooming. I have seen people say they put cinnamon on fungus' or rot and thought that may help. I just noticed it a couple days ago and have been avoiding getting any water near it when I spray them.
