Got a new greenhouse so I'd be able to put all my chids outside. It still gets 45F at night, so I couldn't put them out before. The humidity stays much higher than when I had them in the house.

Has anyone used these before? Mine will be getting morning sun, but nothing else after that. Do you think that's enough light? I should just get a light meter, but I've put it off thinking I wouldn't need one.

How do you like that greenhouse so far? I'm considering one not only for my orchids but for my veggie seedlings as well. This looks like a nice way to begin the harden off process before going into the garden. Before getting one I want to hear the thoughts and experiences of others.

I like it. Of course it isn't the ideal greenhouse, but it does hold higher humidity and is super convenient if you have temps in the 50s and 60s at night. I'm wary to trust it with temps any lower than that in the evening because it isn't air tight.

Morning light is great! Some orchids only need a little, others may want a few hours, at least, of the morning sun.

My orchids love it in mine. And so do my ghost peppers.

By looking at your pictures, your plants are happy and healthy....the leaves have just the right shade.... the aerial roots are robust going in different directions....
WOW! your humidity reads 99%(its raining!)....you can grow Vandas ....
middle of this month your grow zone will have humidity enough to sustain your plants outdoors.

What do you do about air circulation? I have been looking at one of these, but was worried that the orchids would cook in there in the heat of summer since it is solid plastic.
