Congratulations brownthumbs. It's a real beauty!

I'd say to preserve the flowers as long as possible keep them out of the heat, as has already been mentioned.

Most of the time, moving the plant to another location shortens flower life because of a change in temperature, humidity, light or a combination of them.

It's safer to leave the plant as it is although you'd like to put it somewhere you can show.

I totally agree. Raise the level of light untill it blooms
and then lower or shelter them for a longer bloom.
